Ines Di Santo makes every effort to ensure your satisfaction with your online purchase. If you have received an item in error or a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or via telephone at 866-899-INES. We will only accept returns on any merchandise that has been received damaged or incorrect within 14 days. All items must be returned in original condition with tags and sent back in protective packaging. Refunds will not be provided outside of this 14 day period. Once an item has been returned, an email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed. All fees associated with shipping, duties, taxes and clearance fees cannot be refunded.
Products purchased online cannot be returned at the Ines Di Santo Flagship store.
Ines Di Santo reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not conform to our policy.
